There're many flavor in life you like it or not you probably have tasted it. The sweet taste makes you feel good and sometimes the bitter taste is a cure. 

Too much of something is not good

Yes if you're addicted to sweet you're get into trouble, things need balance we should eat the right thing in the right circumstance. We human have emotions crying can help cleaning the eyes and release the pain. Everything has it good and bad side. 

It is okay to not feel okay

You don't have to force yourself every time to only get good feelings it would create the fake happy feeling that you don't know. We can express our feeling accordingly that's what we design to be. Don't force yourself to feel good even if you're actually not. Don't try to show people you're okay if you're not every human have some good times and some bad times accept it live with it. It is okay to not feel okay.
